1) Will my MacBook fit iBenzer case?
MacBook has different dimensions, they are as follows:
MacBook Air 11’’ model A1370/A1465: 11.8 x 7.56 x 0.68 inch
MacBook 12’’ with Retina Display model A1534: 11.04 x 7.74 x 0.14 inches
MacBook Air 13’’ model A1369/A1466: 12.8 x 8.94 x 0.68 inches
MacBook Pro 13’’ model A1278: 12.78 x 8.94 x 0.95 inches, with CD-ROM Drive
MacBook Pro 13’’ with Retina Display model A1502/A1425: 12.35 x 8.62 x 0.71 inches, without CD-ROM Drive
MacBook Pro 15’’ model A1286: 14.35 x 9.9 x 0.95 inches, with CD-ROM Drive
MacBook Pro 15’’ with Retina Display model A1398: 14.13 x 9.73 x 0.71 inches, without CD-ROM Drive

Due to various models and sizes, different MacBooks are not compatible with the same case. Please double check your MacBook model before your purchase.

2) Will your MacBook cases fit all MacBook models?
No, due to different models and sizes, they are not compatible with the same case.
You should double check your MacBook model before your purchase. To ensure that you are ordering the correct case, please check our Model Size Guide to confirm that your MacBook is included on our fit list.

3) What is the difference among the Soft Skins / Neon Party / Silky Smooth/ LeUniq?
The Soft Skin Series is made by Hard Plastic with a smooth finish and provides basic protection.
The Neon Party Series is made by Smooth Finish Hard Plastic using the most up-to-date mold which guarantees the longer durability of the case providing the all-around protection. It also has independent design patterns which make the case unique from all the others.
The Silky Smooth Series is made by Hard Plastic which is coated by special Silky Leather. The case feels very comfortable and looks shiny and attractive under sunshine or lights.
LeUniq series is made by Smooth Finish Hard Plastic. It is a Global Limited Edition case series with mass-elected unique designs among well-known designers.

4) How do I clean my MacBook case?
We do not recommend you clean the case. It will cause fingerprint and color fading.
Please keep in mind that we do not warrant our products for finish damages caused by any type of cleaning or attempts to clean the case.

5) What do I do if I found a counterfeit website or dealer?

6) What should I do if I think this item is defective?

8) Where can I find instructions on how to apply, remove, or troubleshoot one of your cases?

9) I need to change or cancel my order, what do I do?

10) Does iBenzer accept outside design/product ideas?
Yes. We’ve welcomed outside ideas to help us improve our service and more.

11) How long does it take you to response to emails?
We promise all emails will be responded within 24 hours.

12) How can I get a discount for my case?
The discount on a case is only for selected customers or join our iBenzer Program.

13) Does the Apple Logo shine through clearly, or is it fuzzy and hard to see clearly?
Transparency is different from color to color, Black and Gold are nontransparent. In the meantime, please kindly notice for MacBook 12’’, it doesn’t have a light-up logo. Therefore, Apple Logo does not shine for MacBook 12’’.

14) How do I remove bubbles from a screen protector during installation?
Please use your bank card or ID card to remove the bubbles.

15) Is the clear color a frosted one or crystal one?
We have both Frosted and Crystal clear.

2. Shipping & Returns
1) How long does it take to ship?
For Amazon Prime and purchased from Amazon, it will take 2-3 days for delivery. If your order was purchased by the merchant, it will take 3-7 business days for delivery. It also varies depending on when you placed the order, it might take up to 1-3 business days before your order gets shipped.
Note: Our warehouse is closed on the weekends and on U.S. Holidays.

2) How do I return my product for a refund?
Please open a return request, or you may contact us through by clicking Contact Seller in Amazon system.

3) Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, we do not provide international shipping.

4) What are your shipping charges?
The shipping is free if you choose standard shipping service. Express shipping service for 2-5 days costs$5.

5) I did not receive my package, what should I do?

6) Where can I track my order?

7) What should I do if I am having shipping delays/issues?

8) What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days.
Return within 30 days of receipt in the UNUSED and ORIGINAL condition.
Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of the item’s price
-We are not liable for inbound and outbound shipping fee for reasons not due to our error.

4. Warranty
1) What is your warranty policy?
All iBenzer Products have a one-month product warranty.

2) Do I have to reorder on Amazon if I want to do an exchange or replacement?
If your order was fulfilled by the merchant you don’t have to reorder.

3) What does your warranty cover?
Defective or Damaged Products.

4) My case cracked, can I get a replacement?

5) How do I process a replacement for a defective product?

6) I bought a product on Amazon, eBay, or other Marketplaces and have a warranty issue, would that be covered?
Yes.

7) I received a product as a gift and want to know if I can still make a claim without a receipt?
Please kindly notice order without the tracking order ID will not be accepted. It will be appreciated if you would provide a receipt or your order ID.
